It's been so cold I have not been able to run much since the year started. This morning I was forced to run on the treadmill, which I absolutely dislike. I built up a "like" for running, but it has to be outdoors. I go for a run and I know it has to be roundtrip. On the treadmill I just press stop and that's that.
I actually miss going out several mornings and running. Yeah I said it!
